– Maintaining effective communication between board meetings, management, company secretary, staff, investor and other stakeholders

-Assist in company restructuring for it’s continuing growth in order to cope with prospective financing target
– Introduce qualified and experienced professional parties (such as accountants, sponsors and lawyers, etc.)
– Facilitate cooperation with the professional parties
– Coordinate necessary procedures & actions and assist in reviewing relevant documents
Legal and Compliance
-Review accounting and statutory documents and implement necessary procedures in order to comply with relevant laws and regulations
-Provide consulting services on tax planning, cash flow, accounting, etc.
-Ongoing monitoring of compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements and guidelines.
Business decisions and executions
Conduct detailed analysis of the company operation and future development
– Facilitate in developing suitable development plans and management directions
-Assist in analyzing the feasibility of business goals and recommend suitable implementation plans
Mergers and acquistions
– Introduce appropriate business partners
– Provide strategic advisory on business corporations and transactions
-Assist in due diligence and cooperation negotiations
