Mr. Aaron Lai

Mr. Lai has had extensive experience working for private companies, listed companies and professional firms in finance, accounting and auditing for more than 20 years. Graduated from Queensland University of Technology, Australia.  Mr. Lai is a member of CPA Australia and a fellow member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Lai had worked in one of the Big 4 international accounting firm; and held senior positions such as financial controller, company secretary and executive director for different Hong Kong listed companies. He is currently the director and chief financial officer of China Financial Advisory and concurrently serves as an Independent non-executive director of two Hong Kong listed companies. 

Ms Angel Lee

Ms Angel Lee is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, a Hong Kong corporate governance officer, and a Hong Kong chartered secretary. Previously worked for Ernst & Young (Hong Kong and Beijing), she participated in a number of Chinese overseas listings, and was responsible for a number of internal control projects, including Sarbanes Oxley 404 Consulting and Workshops, Financial Due Diligence, AML/CFT implementation and monitoring, etc. 

She currently serves as Project Director in CFA and is responsible for company’s strategic planning and operations; leading different consulting projects in China and Hong Kong.
